Product Information
At BBD Engineers, our Two Roll Rubber Mixing Mill is built for one thing — reliable, consistent rubber compounding. Manufactured using quality-graded materials, each mill is assembled and tested before leaving our facility.
The mill features chilled cast iron rolls with surface hardness of 500–540 BHN, mounted on anti-friction spherical roller bearings for smooth, long-life operation. A heavy duty inline helical gearbox paired with a TEFC energy efficient motor ensures consistent power delivery with minimal maintenance.
Nip adjustment is handled via a gearbox-operated hand wheel, giving operators precise control over the roll gap. Automatic force feed grease lubrication keeps the machine running efficiently across long production cycles.
Suitable for natural rubber, synthetic compounds, EPDM, butyl and a wide range of rubber formulations — available in sizes from 6"×13" up to 22"×60" to match your production scale.
