Our Rubber Extruder Machines are built for continuous, reliable extrusion across a range of industrial rubber applications. Available across nine scroll sizes from IHFE-1 to IHFE-9, each machine is configured around a consistent screw and barrel design for uniform output across long production runs.

Features jacketed single-zone barrel heating and cooling for efficient temperature control, a 25:1 reduction gear ratio and standard adaptor heads. Feed roller is available as an option on larger models. Custom screw sizes and die configurations available on request.
